Cultural Intelligence Foundations

Cultural Intelligence Foundations is a self-paced course for church and ministry leaders, educators, and workplace or nonprofit teams who want to build stronger relationships across cultural differences. Led by Felton Woodson, a Certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Facilitator, pastor, and educator with more than 20 years of experience, the course offers practical tools for noticing assumptions, understanding cultural patterns, communicating with care, and building trust. You will assess where you are, practice the four CQ capabilities, examine bias and blind spots, and create a realistic plan for continued growth.
